How do you make Broccoli Salad

Today we going to make broccoli Salad.. Which is very good for health. It has so many vitamins   That why it’s very healthy. So let’s see how to make broccoli salad.

Ingredients for Broccoli Salad

  • 300 gm Broccoli 
  • 50 gm Almond chopped 
  • 150 gm Panner 
  • 30 gm Garlic chopped 
  • 10 gm Ginger chopped 
  • 40 gm Onion chopped 
  • 30 gm Sweet corn
  • 1 Green Capsicum diced 
  • 1 Green Chilli chopped 
  • 1 Medium Size Tomato diced 
  • Salt to taste 
  • 3 gm Garam Masala powder 
  • 25 ml olive oil 

How to make Broccoli Salad?

For cleaning The Broccoli 


In a salted hot water add broccoli  and cook for 3 minutes in boiling water. Now remove the broccoli from hot water .

For Salad Making


In a frying pan add  olive oil . When oil get hot add chopped almond and fry for 1 minutes. Remove the almond from oil and keep. 

In same oil add panner . Now cook for 2 minutes . After that remove from oil and keep in a plate. 

Now in same oil add chopped garlic,chopped ginger and chopped onion. Fry until onion gets soft. When it’s gets soft add capsicum, sweet corn and chilli  and mix altogether.

Now add broccoli and mix them together. Now add tomato , salt , garam masala powder and paneer . Mix them properly for some time.

Now at least add almond and fry them for 3 minutes with medium flame. 

Now your Broccoli Salad is ready to serve!
