- 120 gm THIN SLICED CUCUMBER (With skin )
- 20 gm CHOPPED ONION (red)
- 10 gm LEMON JUICE (fresh)
- 15 ml OLIVE OIL
- 10 ml APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
- 10 gm CHOPPED OREGANO
- 3 gm SALT (can adjust with test)
How to make Cucumber Salad?
- First make the dressing in a mixing bow with apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil and salt.
- Now add cucumber, oregano and onion in same mixing bow and mix them properly.
