Antipasto salad: most easy way

Antipasto salad is an Italian salad which is loved by everyone. Basically the ingredients are cured meat, olives, pepperoninic , cheeses, pickled meats and vegetables. It is very easy to make. So let’s see how can make an antipasto salad.


For the salad

  • 1 tomato
  • 1/3 cup sliced olive
  • 200 gm salami
  • 200 gm mozzarella balls halved
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½  cup chopped pepperoncini
  • ½ cup quartered artichoke hearts
  • ½  cup parsley leaves

For vinaigrette

  • 2 tablespoon red-wine vinegar
  • 1 small garlic clove minced
  • ¼ tablespoon sugar
  • ¼teaspoon salt
  • 1 pence black pepper
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 pence red pepper flakes
  • ¼ tablespoon oregano


  • In a mixing bowl toss tomatoes, salami, mozzarella, pepperoncini, artichoke and parsley together.
  • For the vinaigrette in a mixing jar add red wine, garlic , sugar , salt, black pepper, olive oil, mustard, red pepper, oregano. Now fit the lid and shake.
  • Now dress the salad with vinaigrette and serve in a salad bowl.
